National Logistics Distribution Network

Project Overview

SIM Logistics established a nationwide distribution network for a major retail client, connecting central warehouses to retail outlets across Pakistan. The project involved setting up regional distribution centers, deploying a fleet of transport vehicles, implementing warehouse management systems, and establishing real-time shipment tracking. The distribution network improved delivery reliability, reduced transit times, and optimized supply chain costs for the client.
